They're clearly famous for the flambee meat, which I suggest. Great sampling of a Swiss place--the restaurant is casual, has friendly staff/owners, and is great for more than one (their house dish serves minimum two people).

"Excellent for its best-seller dish: la potence du chef (juicy, tender herbed beef chunks hanging on hooks, flambe-ed with whiskey by the chef himself, the juices of which are caught into a bowl of flavoured rice, with 5 different sauces on the side). Had not been back there for years until this week - quality still excellent, staff are very friendly. Typical European rustic ambiance. Highly recommend it. However, it needs a nice terrasse in the summer ..."
