He really helped us out when we had to restore a family house we were letting out during 2 years... It was not in a great state so we were really happy to have somebody who took care of everything: painting, electricity, dismantling and moving furniture, final cleaning. We had no need to oversee anything which was a relief since were really busy at the time...
