The International Young Leaders Club (IYLC Geneva) promotes education-to-employment coaching and development opportunities for young people from all over the world. In a combination of industry and educational events, our members gain expertise and experience in a variety of sectors as well as in depth self-awareness taking them on the first steps towards being successful leaders in their own right. In our workshops, residential camps and one-to-one with our coaches, students gain:

Self-awareness. Learn about your own personality, communication styles, values, aptitudes and strengths.
Skills in specific industries and subjects that are valued by employers. IYLC focuses on skills that complement but do not duplicate the school curriculum.
Leadership tools and techniques to enhance your leadership and a safe environment to practice and develop.
Workshops are delivered on-site in universities and colleges for high performing groups of students. There is a series of standard workshops and others can be designed around particular development objectives.

Residential camps are run in Geneva, Switzerland where participants develop their business understanding and leadership skills. Industry visits and case studies give exposure to specific expertise from professionals in each field. Self awareness development, soft skills training and a secure environment to practice all develop maturity and self-confidence.

One-to-One coaching and development plans include both technical and soft skills with tailored packages targeted at each student’s specific objectives and ambitions.
