I would give zero stars if I could. I am shocked by how poor and dishonest the service was, and my account manager was the company director, Laurent Gaspoz! I paid CHF 350.- for 400 business cards from him, and they made a big mistake on the size of the cards. Instead of simply reprinting them for free, he demanded for CHF 150 to correct their mistake!! When I refused, and asked that they make good on their contract which stipulated a specific size of card (standard size, as opposed to the much bigger size they had erroneously printed), he just stopped answering my emails. He had also promised they would be ready on a Wednesday, and when they weren't he claimed he had never promised that. All in all: a ridiculously expensive service which is run by a dishonest and highly unprofessional man. Avoid them at all costs, and go somewhere less expensive and more serious.
