Not only the very best apero with buffet every Wednesday, but they serve true Northern Italian cuisine - the pizzas are insane!! They use a special flour (it is a special Italian branded flour to protect it's quality) - for their handmade pasta, ravioli and pizza. Not only is that important for flavour but also those that are sensitive to all this crap flour that has added gluten. Apparently, Kytaly also imports the finest Mozzarella di Buffala weekly from Italy and distributes now to The Four Seasons as well.
I had their special menu last week and just about died and went to heaven with the ravioli!! :)
