Every evening, Sandrine, graduated of the prestigious Institute PAUL BOCUSE Cooking School, the School of Culinary Excellence, and of the famous Ecole du Grand Chocolat VALRHONA (Brooklyn, Versailles, Tain L’Hermitage), made the dinner with her best recipes experiencing traditions and revisit them.
