Located in the historic Arquebuse building in Quartier des Banques, La Broche is a lively and chic bistro known for its superb food, extensive wine list, amazing decor, and cozy atmosphere. Their slow-cooking traditional technique guarantees that the natural ingredients used retain their bursting flavors.

They offer a set menu with 4 main dishes (CHF 24 - 45), including spit roasted Swiss farmhouse baby chicken, leg of lamb, grilled beef tenderloin, or vegetarian platter (each served with side dish). Or go for the Winter Specials, such as Risotto with scallops & Iberian Ham or Homemade knife-cut beef tartar, designed to warm up cold winter nights. Either way, it's hard to go wrong here.
