I almost feel like I am being unfair but the service at this place was so bad.

It took 20 minutes to get a drink and food order in after we were sat at our table outside by our waiter. I felt totally ignored. Once we got that in it took a while top get our drinks, about 12-15 minutes. Then our food came about 20 minutes after that. But not all of it. Two of us ordered pizza. We got our pizzas. But one of us ordered a Caprese Salad that came 15 minutes after the pizzas. That sucked.

It took a while to get the waiters attention for the check. But I got his attention. The check was delivered 35 minutes later.

We were at this place for over two hours in what should have been a quick 30-40 minutes meal.

So if you don't have a job or anywhere to be later that day or evening then dine at Bella Vita.

The sad part is that the food is good and portion sizes are large. Very good value for Lausanne.

On a positive note. We did notice that the older man that was working inside was very attentive and very professional. Just stay away from the young guy working outside. Unless you're the kind of person that enjoys watching paint dry.
