Maliwan has taken over the kitchen duties at the well known Fenomeno Bar Lounge in les Pâquis. She specialises in home made offerings prepared on premise.
The new menu consists of traditional northern Thai dishes as well as genuine Thai Pub food for the curious.

Had a bit of a Déjà vu last night as the food brought me to another time and place. So good the food was and the atmosphere captured was a quality moment.
The resto bar had their front windows wide open and the street breeze, bustle of passersby and the company of many Thais really has the ambiance like a busy street eatery in SE Asia. I must say the weather helped quite a bit in this experience.
So the food was Thai coconut Curry served inside a Coconut, an entire fish with marvelous sweet tamarind chili sauce on banana leaf, and a raw salmon side with mint and lemongrass.
