I'd been many times and brought family and friends and all times people left with a very good opinion. The food quality is good and it is quite cheap. On the other hand, it is a single big space noisy and crowded, not for a quiet and romantic dinner I would say. My suggestions: Cebiche for food and pisco sour for a drink.
Peruvian "Restaurant" which is hard to find because there is no sign whatsoever outside. Be sure to take the exact address with you otherwise you might leave again...
The atmosphere is nice altough it can get really loud if it's full. The menus is Peruvian but if you have actually been to Peru before you realice that everything is a it is supposed to be. But as I said, it's a nice place and the owner was really friendly and found as a place even tough it was already full. Reservation should be made even if it's just for 2 people (at least on Saturday nights).

"Peruvian Restaurant. Nice home made food. Good price. Latin music. Dancing after 11pm. Now they do not allow doggie bags, I was very upset last time I went there. This is not a 5 stars restaurants so ....allow doggie bags....I want to come back. home with my doggie bag..."
"Great unique place. As this is a restau d'associations it is very uninformal place and service. I personally like it.
My favorite dish is Filet Maloca (great big delicious steak) with Inca cola."
