I am very pleased with MénageSimple's services. I use their mobile app to manage my bookings, and in case of changes the customer support lady is very helpful. I suggest you give them a try first to see if you like the cleaner and to see how much time she needs, and use those informations to book a regular service. Thanks!
I selected this company based on the good reviews here but had a terrible experience with them prior to my recent move.
For a start, on the day of the cleaning, the two cleaners arrived 25 minutes late, making me late for work.
When I checked theapartment, I found that they had not cleaned a couple of kitchen drawers and cupboards and the ceramic hob was very poorly cleaned.
When I complained, the customer satisfaction team tried to claim that there had been more work involved than expected etc. They then agreed to send someone to clean the ceramic hob properly before the etat des lieux (I had already cleaned the drawers and cupboards myself). This person arrived 40 minutes late! When I called to see where she was, I was told an email had been sent with the updated time. I never received this email!
All in all a terrible experience and I absolutely cannot recommend this company.

I’ve tried private cleaners and Book a Tiger (a disaster of a company) and been frustrated with the lack of professionalism in keeping appointments and in the cleaning self.
Not a problem with Ménage Simple! Making the booking was super easy. The cleaner was perfectly on-time, came with her own supplies, and did a FANTASTIC job. Per the company logo, the place was cleaner than ever before! And the price was better than many other cleaning companies (including Book a Tiger).
I absolutely recommend Ménage Simple and will use them as my weekly cleaning company going forward.

Service is excellent, employee nice and efficient, cleaning very well done, we can find all infos on their website and also modify the order if needed. Sms reminder, credit card payment possible. I’m very satisfied with the service in general.
This is a new house cleaning service, just starting in Geneva. They have offices in Lausanne apparently.
I used them for a cleaning because im too lazy to do it by myself and they were excellent!
As the cleaners dont speak english and i dont speak french, the manager called me to make sure the cleaner knew what i wanted. And after the service, he called to make sure everything was ok. He was a nice guy and really cared about the service.
The cleaner who came was also very nice. She was on time and didnt stop for a minute. She even pulled out the couch to clean behind it! I have never done that!
Price is a bit higher than other similar services but it includes all cleaning materials.
Im definitely going to call them again!
