I lived in Tokyo for 3 years and I have eaten at just about every sushi restaurant in Geneva and this is by far and away the best available here.
My wife and I decided to sit at the bar and the chef Kiyoshi was very friendly and chatty whilst he prepared our food. His enthusiasm for French cuisine showed ever so slightly in a couple of dishes like the amazing Moshi Roll, whilst the traditional dishes were expertly done. I particularly liked the Beef Tataki and the Scallop Nigiri Sushi.
Kiyoshi also has a keen interest in Japanese saki so be sure to ask him for his personal recommendations.
I thoroughly recommend this restaurant who likes sushi! It blows all the competition away!

Following the enthusiastic reviews read on this page and having a stroll in Moshi Moshi neighborhood, I decided to give it a try. The decor is Japanese enough in the way that a lot of sushiya in Japan don't look typically japanese... I just picked a couple of sea-eel nigiri to go. The rice was decently cooked, but the fish was an abomination: the flesh was dry like canned tuna and the skin was a chewy rubber with a bland ghost of a taste. Appalling. My true regret was that I was outside the restaurant when I spat it...

Best Sushi Ever!! You have to sit at the bar and ask the Sushi Chef to amaze you, which he will everytime!
