I haven't eaten there, but they deserve 0 stars. Bought a BuyClub voucher and called them to make a reservation for a Wednesday night (the voucher stipulated no reservations offered Friday or Saturday - fair enough) and they said they had space for a party of 4 until we said we had the voucher. They told us we couldn't reserve because they had too many BuyClub people that night and if they had any more, they wouldn't make any money.

There's so many things wrong with that assumption I won't waste time going on a rant. Bottom line, more than half the battle in restauration is service, and if you don't give service to potential clients you lose them and they will share their bad experiences.

Sorry Nyala Barka, there are plenty of good Ethiopian options in Geneva who want my money, voucher or not, and offer excellent service.
