Optimum massage

Avoid this place! Why?
- The 2 massage tables cannot be adjusted in height, which has a result they cannot perform certain types of massage, which they then try anyway.
- One of the two tables is not really a massage table (your feet are dangling off, no gap for your face, too narrow) but is used for it.
- in my experience everyone just gives their "signature" massage, no matter what you ask for, they just do their own thing.
- all the masseuses are average, to say the best, some are below average. The guy who runs (?) the place gives a creepy soft stroking "massage" even if you ask repeatedly for more pressure.
- their administration is a hopeless mess, to the detriment of clients. Once I came, the appointment "had been cancelled by the system" so I had to leave; once I cancelled an appointment because of heavy snow, which they told me on the phone would not be counted on my abbonnement, but then next time I found out they did that anyway; they give very conflicting information about the on-line booking system, sometimes saying you HAVE to use it, other times that it is better to ignore it and call; etc
- the massage therapists working there seem to change the whole time, appear to work on commission, try to sell you more;
- I went 3 times with Buyclub. The second time, I had a great massage therapist, and she tempted me to buy an subscription card for 10 times, which I did after asking if I could then keep coming to her. 2 weeks later when I came again, she was not working there any more. My complaints that I had bought it because of her had no effect. (not helped by my less than perfect French though)
- Once I was on time, but had to wait more than 10 minuted before i could use the toilet (room before was used as changing room and lady changing did not want me to enter). The masseuse told me not to worry. Finally, the massage started about 15 minutes later, but I did not get my 15 extra minutes, but 5 minutes less! When I complained about this, that 40 minuted was not 60, I was told: "je suis obligée" .
In total I went 11 times now, so know where I am talking about. Luckily my abo of 10 has just 1 massage left. I will then never return, that is for sure.
