I wrote the review below when I started using the service. It was great to begin with and then the summer came. I received a notice with one of my July deliveries that they would be on vacation through the 31st of August. Okay. 31st of August came and went and in fact, the whole of September, too. I decided Friday would be a better delivery date, so I changed that on my account on the website. I received one delivery in October. On a Tuesday. I was leaving on a trip, so I asked that I receive a delivery the Friday of my return. I received an e-mail back confirming this. And on that Friday? Bupkis. No delivery. So, I called and they apologized and said they could bring one Tuesday, I said no, I want it for Friday. That Friday came and went with no delivery, so I called and canceled my subscription. I was really sad and disappointed, but I'm trying to plan and stay organized, so this lack of delivery service of vegetables was not helping. So, I have dropped them from a five star to one star review.

The vegetable are delicious and beautiful. The eggs are really good, too and comparable in price to Migros Bio.
I love knowing that I'm supporting local, sustainable and responsible agriculture.
On the service side of things, I have had very fast responses to phone calls and e-mails. I find them to be very service-oriented and good communicators.
I highly recommend this grocery service!
