I would not touch them. Yes, they are cheap (though a bit rough and rude) and we did rent a car with them for a couple of weeks in April. But then we received a speeding ticket (and a threat of removal of "points" from my driving license) from the French police in August for an offense obviously committed by someone else driving the same car in June, Our name had been given to them by Patrick Location, obviously because of sloppy bookkeeping. And not only won't they answer the phone, they won't answer our emails. Our short rental ended up being VERY expensive indeed.
