I have been there . And I am a regular client who goes there more often for the last 8 years (the moment I started going out) But I never had a problem there .. the the food is always good .. and on top of that where we can find an Unlimited buffet for 19 euros which is a very affordable price ..

But as if there is an accident happens , like what you had ,they can at least apologise or can offer a coffee for the minimum respect ..
but the problem is when the y serve food for a good price .. they don't care about the service at all .And this not the only place almost all the restaurants which is have "Budget price with fast service " is exactly like this . And these thing happen to many people .. If it happens anywhere next time .. talk to the boss directly..may be that will make a difference .normally these kinds of "Budget restaurants" will never give a favour .

AVOID THIS PLACE!

The food was ok, but that's the only good thing I have to say about that place. The waiter spilled several liters (!) of beer over me, my neighbour and our bags. Did they waive my bill or at least offer a drink on the house? Of course not! Did they apologize at all? No!

So, AVOID THE PLACE - unless yo like having your clothes, shoes and backpack (including the books and stuff inside) soaked with beer!
