The location is the only thing they have going for them. I understand the concept of asking the client to wear plastic booties to keep the environment clean. They should not have a dog in their lobby who I am sure is taken outside for walks and bathroom breaks returning with its paws soiled?I had a gift card so I opted for a massage and express pedicure. The masseuse spent the entire time of my treatment trying to sell me another service which really negates any attempt at relaxing. The pedi was so appalling that even my husband was laughing at the quality. They should hire professionals and should be able to considering the prices they charge

I find Spatio pretentious and overpriced.I had a very bad experience there and wouldnt advise to go there.My friend who was given a gift voucher when she had a baby was made to wait for 45 minutes and noone arrived. We went there to enquire and the manager (lady) could not care less. She didnt apologize and was very impolite. The service is overpriced and massage not good.

I have very mixed feeling on Spa Tio. I had a massage with Fleuri which was wonderful however the receptionist lacks professionalism and customer service skills which really kills the spa experience. The changing room is in the hallway so when your naked and changing people walk by (very closely) to leave the room into the reception area, you also get dirty rubber flip flops to use (instead of disposables) which is a terrible touch for a spa - very bizarre set up. The hammam is not luxurious at all and looks old and dirty and really lets down what could be an amazing little spa. Im surprised that they advertise 600sqm because it feels very small. The decoration in the relaxation room is beautiful and simple and the treatment room that I was in was very small but lovely. I would not go back as the most important parts of a SPA experience (including that it is over priced) are lacking at SPA TIO.

I had a wonderful experience here from going in person to getting help booking my appointment to an amazing massage and pedicure. I have found another favorite in Geneva! Yeah, its so hard to find everything in one place. The location is dowtown. The little shop is quite good I bought the essential oils and I love them. The rooms are clean and the whole experience is simply wonderful. i give them a high 5!

I did not find the service as good as it could have been here. The outside as well as the location promises a lot but in my opinion does not deliver.. Treatments were fine though.

I actually liked this place too. Have never tried massage but they had an excellent cosmetic doctor/dermatologist there who really sorted out a particularly bad skin problem i had. not sure if he is still there but he did excellent work on my skin. Found reception also quite friendly.

Sorry to say it but i found this place absolutely awful. Granted the rent must be pretty horrific for this place so i won't dare complain about the prices but i found the customer service hard to believe in the sense that in any other city but Geneva they would not get away with treating customers like this. They were unfriendly and acted like i was lucky to be allowed in there to spend my money...sorry to leave a bad review but i think that glocals members work hard for their money and need to know that they should spend it somewhere else!!

I have to agree with Annabel. I haven't tried their other services, but the massage was great and the price wasn't higher than other places like After the Rain, etc. I was also quite happy with the people.

I was very suprised in reading all the negative reviews of Spatio; I have been 20-30 times for massages over the years since it opened and the staff were always very nice, friendly and helpful. Indeed, when I was pregnant, extra care was given so that I was always comfortable and made to feel relaxed and welcome despite my (huge!!!) size. Strange that I have had such a different experience then that of you all...yes, it is pricey, but the location means that the rent must be sky-high!
