Hello,

on September 9 I attended the street art classes given by Carla Silva and I found them great. his explanations and advice were effective and my license to progress. it was a fantastic experience that made me want to learn more about the world of photography. Thanks to Carla, my passion for photography is growing day by day and makes me want to continue to do street photography. I strongly recommend that you follow the course of Carla Silva, who is a wonderful person who has shared her experience, her work and listening to her students.

The content was rich, just the right mix of technical and practical and it was delivered is such a wonderfully natural, light, fun and inspirational way. Elisabeth is passionate and has much experience to share , she makes time for everyone and is very suppprtive with each individual and whatever camera they bring. Highly recommend this course.

I enrolled for the 1 day ‘Studio Lighting’ course given by Eugene Theodore.
The result was an excellent course which demystified the magic which is studio lighting.
I now feel confident enough to delve into the magic and administer some myself.
Let’s say I got the fundamentals and I know by thinking deeply and practicing a lot I’ll come out with results which were not possible before.
Eugene is an excellent teacher who has a passion to impart his knowledge and he is most certainly a knowledgeable and talented person and you’ll want to catch on to every bit of advice he gives .
Highly recommended and five out of five.

Hi there,
I took the 10 hour beginners class with Osan, and I can say I am satisfied. Both technical and artistic aspects of photography are covered, on top of that lessons are documented so you can read again for a deeper understanding after the class. That was very useful and appreciated on my side. Additional tips were given throughout the course.

So I leave the course with a better understanding of how DSLR photography works, and more importantly, a solid foundation to further my experience in photography !
I consider it worth the money because being able to capture unique moments, experiences and emotions is definitely priceless !

I took the 10hrs beginner course and I'm very happy and satisfied with it. It's a great and fun format, it covers a lot of things and gives many tips and suggestion on how to use your camera and to have great photos and effects.
I would really recommend it and will most probably subscribe for the intermediate one soon! Thank you!

I took a studio lighting class from Eugene. The course was excellent and I would highly recommend it! Eugene was an excellent teacher. He took the time with each of us to show us what to do and answer our questions.

I also took the Lightroom class from Osan. I've been using Lightroom for years, but learned quite a few new tricks that will allow me to work much faster. Great class!

These photography classes are really excellent!

I took the introduction course with Jeremy which was perfect to gain a thorougher foundation for photography. After a morning of theory we went out to practice, Jeremy was very friendly and we benefitted from his experience taking street photography. My photo's improved immensely during the day. To understand how to use your camera, and how to take nice shots this is a perfect course.

I also took the portrait and studio course with Eugene, an expert and professional in this field. The theory was very interesting, I learnt how to use light and flash, and we had models to come practice with in the studio and outside in the park. Really useful course and really fun day!

I would recommend these courses, there are others too to choose from. The tutors and professionals and give very helpful individual advice and support.

I took the Photo Intro with Jeremy and loved it. It was very useful and informative, yet relaxed and motivating.

Jeremy was very nice and patient, the technical aspects have been presented very clear and easy to understand (I am far from good with technics) and put in practice right away. Full presentation material was shared with us.

Highly recommend this one to anyone who wants to understand the basics in a quick and easy way.

I was looking for a professional photography course in Geneva that is offered in English and was quite excited to get introduced to Geneva Photo Club. I did the course with Oguzhan Altun for the night / low light photography and I quite enjoyed the experience and learning. It was in a smaller group, so had great personal attention with appropriate coverage of techniques and creative opportunities offered in the genre. I look forward to honing my skills further in future opportunities. Overall it is very professionally organised. Regards to Oguzhan and for those involved with the club!

For sometime, I have wanted to improve my skills in night photography. I was very glad to hear about the course that the Geneva Photo Club offers. I took the course in July and this was my first course/activity with the Geneva Photo Club. My first impression of the course was very positive.

-The student/instructor ratio was correct. We were four people, so that allowed for a lot of individual attention.

-The price of the course was also reasonable. This was a three hour course, so time with theory, and practice was well balanced.

-The location was ideal. We were positioned along the quai de Mont Blanc and had excellent opportunities to photograph the Jet d'Eau and Geneva at night.

-The follow-up of the course was as promised and we received the presentation material by email.

Overall, I was quite please with the instructor, course material, and application of the theory. I look forward to another course with the Geneva Photo Club.

Thank you for starting this club and much success.

I have attended two courses already (intensive course for beginners, and Lightroom class).
Very good quality, well presented, detailed, tailored to your needs, small groups. You will learn a lot:
- trainor as as excellent pedagogical skills,
- balance between theory and practice.

I already registered for a third one (Street photography).
Worth it.

Thanks !

I took the Intro to photography's course with Osan. I would highly recommend the course for anyone who is looking to improve their photography and learn some good techniques.

What was great about the course was that it combined a technical knowledge of photography (in very easy to understand language) mixed with practical tips. Osan introduced concepts and techniques and we practiced immediately.

I would have to say that I noticed an immediate improvement in my photography after the course. Osan taught many functions on the camera and I am happy to say I am fully taking advantage of my DSRL now.

Thanks Geneva photography club! Keep up the good work.
