The Bite is an established gourmet burger restaurant now serving brunch every Sunday. Our Californian head chef, Liana Hoffman, not only specializes in burgers, but also in the American brunch favourites, such as fluffy Eggs Bennys or homemade English Muffins topped with quality blended sausage patties.
