"Despite the funny name, the Walhalla Hotel in Zurich is a decent deal.

Its located about 3 minutes from the Zurich central train station (Zurich HB) so is ideal for short stays, and the staff are all very nice and helpful.

The rooms themselves are pretty small and basic, and include free WIFI. Sadly, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which can be a real problem on hot days.
Bottom line - the Zurich Walhalla is an ok hotel if you are on a budget and want to stay neat the main train station."
