I was in Geneva for the weekend and was introduced to Anou's fine dining experience.
I cook everyday and I am very fussy when it come to eating out.
I must say, I have never had such an experience that stimulated all my senses. The way the food was prepared and presented was an experience in itself. And I had no idea that plant based food tastes so good!
I also learnt that this is the ONLY place in Geneva with a supper club concept. The experience is great. The social aspect was great. Interacting with people and talking about food is another experience.
We had The 7 course fine dining experience! I would certainly recommend that!
And... the most interesting part was interacting with the Architect turned Chef who looks at food from a whole different angle!
The location is fantastic!
