I have been going here for many years for waxing. Martina takes very good care of her clients. At first I had often waxing abroad when travelling (since cheaper...) but since I discovered this place I have not done do anymore. Martina is friendly, positive, responsive, and very professional.

I have been going to Martina, who by the way is English speaking, for 5 years for all types of treatments, waxing, eyebrow, bikini, microdermabrasion, and her facials are out of this world. She is professional evaluating your skin needs, and after detailed explanation of her treatment plan, she will deliver the most AMAZING facial you can imagine. She is always busy, which is a evidence of the quality of her service. I used to get treatments on vacation but usually felt cheated and disappointed with the results...now I just book at Vivienne upon my return. Better than any ***** resort!

I am so happy that I did. Martina is wonderful, and knows her business thoroughly. She is knowledgeable, professional and a joy to speak with.
