A natural and simple meditation, that only necessitates being humble and transparent, also fine for beginners.

You are welcome to come, if you wish to find inner peace, love, raising the level of consciousness, for transformation, healing, control of emotions.

I will be guiding this meditation, through a spiritual faculty, so you may receive help from the Source, the divine conscience, allowing you to enter more deeply into meditation and seek the truth that does not contradict itself, true inner development, evolution.

Seeking the keys to unlock the doors of mystique within ourselves, doors that cannot be opened by reasoning, methods or techniques which are unfortuately obsolete and very often antagonist one with the others.

This does not mean that these techniques do not produce effects, but they lead us to stagnate when limiting oneself to psychophysical and mental well-being. A well-being that is not negative but not determinant for transcendence and spiritual self realisation.

With the practice of ancestral mediation one can break through schemes, fear of the unknown, beliefs, rituals, idolatries that cover us with a veil of obscurity.

It is only when one retires within that one can observe true inner and outer reality, the light beyond darkness, which is the threshold to the absolute and eternal spirit. With meditation, reflexion, observation, contemplation and discernment, existential problems slowly fade through their comprehension and conscious control. This allows, by the way of evolution and mastery, to give the spiritual and material tone to our life between heaven and earth.
