ZEN MEDITATION

1h-session starting at 8pm; ending at 9pm. If you plan to come please RSVP or let me know by email ([email protected]). I will wait for you at the door from 19:50 to 20:05, after which I will have to lock the door downstairs and move to the practice room on the 2nd floor

Sessions usually involve one 20min silent meditation period followed by short (5-10min) walking meditation, and another 20min silent meditation period

There is no guided meditation where someone talks and guides people through the session but instructions/suggestions on sitting posture and on 'what to do' are available if needed/requested. We practice silent meditation. The suggested approach to practice in this group is on 'being here', rather than on specific meditation 'techniques'
