Get your creative juices flowing with this fun online session of writing. The event is taking place online, so that even those who are not able to attend in person, especially with the current Covid situation, can join.
It's very similar to our Tuesday meetings, only online and at the weekend :-).
Both experienced writers and beginners are welcome.

INTRODUCTIONS FIRST
First we have a round of introductions. Please be ready to share something about who you are, what kind of things you write, what you’re working on.

WRITING PROMPT
We will work on a writing prompt. We'll take 15 minutes to write whatever we want based on that – fiction, poetry, flash, non-fiction... whatever you feel like, it’s good!
We will then read out what we’ve written and share our thoughts.

FURTHER PROMPT
If there's time, we'll try to work on a second prompt, but now with 10 minutes only! This usually depends on how many we are on the day. We'll see how it goes and decide accordingly.

Please note this wants to be a safe environment to share some writing and get motivation. Constructive criticism is always welcome, destructive criticism is not.
