Dear All.
We meet every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY @ 19h00 and on SATURDAY @ 10am in front of Bain des Paquis.
Newcomers always warmly welcome.
No need to sign up - just turn up and bring a smile.
16 years later, we still share the same values:

It's not only about couples and babies, = 16 marriages &
15 children, but also about lifelong friendships.
We run, we walk, we crawl, we chat, we smile and we have our social moments after our runs - (more social events are posted on our Fb page), together we can achieve anything.
„Onwards and Upwards."
We have various distances; starting from a 5 Km, 8 Km, 10 Km, 21 Km, 42 Km or 75 Km, join us on a Monday and Wednesday evenings or Saturday morning, followed by social moments @ the Corner Pub on place de la Navigation
After running; during summer @ Perle du Lac for a swim, followed by refreshments on a Mon & Wed evening from 20h00 @ the Corner Pub, place de la Navigation. Saturdays, Glacier du Soleil or Corner Pub.
So bring a 10 CHF note and we can all grab a drink afterwards.
