Saturday stroll along the Aïre river

Hello walkers, we will stroll again on Saturday - weather forecast is about 17 degrees and dry.
We will meet at 11h00 at tram stop P+R Etoile, stop of tram lines 15 and 17 (buses 21 and 80 stop around the corner). There is also a train for Cornavin station (platform 1 direction Annecy) at 10h47, to Lancy Pont-Rouge, arriving at 10h52 (go downstairs to get to the tram stop).
The walk will start from P+R Etoile. We will walk along the Aïre river, in the beginning under trees, later in more open terrain. Picnic on benches near the river - take food and drinks along!
From Lully, we make our way up through the vineyards, with a little climb to the Signal de Bernex hill for a good view over the region. We then go down to Bernex village, from where we can take a bus and then tram 14 back to Geneva.
Distance: about 11 km. - regular walking or running shoes are fine.
We will take it easy and walk for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Expect to be back in town by 15h00-15h30.
