Hello all!
May you be healthy and happy now and always! For this it is essential to maintain mindfulness and develop the right understanding. In this special time I create online sessions of MEDITATION theory and practice.
I may offer both morning and evening sessions, one repeating the other from a day to another so that you can choose your time of preference. The offer is free of charge, based on voluntarily initiative to share what can be helpful to all.
For your participation you'll need to:
1) install online meeting application ZOOM
2) RSVP with a message to katerina.universal at gmail.com (and you'll be contacted back with an invitation link for ZOOM)
3) indicate in the message the level of your familiarity with meditation, request, if applicable,to highlight any particular questions for our theory/practice
