Improve Your Concentration & Focus

We all need to be fit and healthy, not just physically but also mentally. It doesn’t matter whether you are a busy executive, a sportsperson, a carer or a jobseeker. And in these days where we are spending more and more time in social isolation and becoming more accustomed to it, the opportunities for distraction are all around us.
If you find yourself wondering what you have achieved at the end of the day, perhaps have a sense of frustration at your lack of progress or are simply looking to up your game, this session is for you. Equally, if you find you have a constant need to keep busy or that your mind easily wanders, then you will find some useful techniques here to experiment with.
We will cover how to stabilise your mind and prepare for challenges using techniques such as relaxation, visualisation, and focusing, all designed to improve mental stamina. We will look into the reasons why we might sometimes distract ourselves and learn some tools to stay calm and eliminate distractions from the mind, allowing you to concentrate completely on what lies ahead.
