Hiking to the Lac des Chambres (2088m)

Motorized or people can rent a car are welcome.
Meet at 7:30 am on the carpark "Portes de France" after the border of Moellesullaz.
Hike to the "Lac des Chambres", above 60 km to Geneva.
Take the road to the Allamands and park at the parking Crêt (997 m.).
Pass the chalet du Crêt and take a narrow path flank (chains, climbing slabs).
Cross the stream of Landes. Exit the forest and reach the refuge of Folly (1558 m.).
The trail climbs steeply and passes near the entrance to a chasm.
The route is oriented in a narrow valley that goes up (the Cold Waters),
then continue on a grassy ridge at the end of which we arrive at Lac des Chambres.
A gradient of 1100 m and a distance of 12 km. Walking time: about 5 hours.

You will need: suitable shoes, warm clothes, sun cream and sunglasses, your passport and some Euros, drinks and picnic.
