After a positive exchange during our first "Coffee between caregivers" in Geneva, we will make a second coffee break that will be followed by a meal (ethiopian restaurant) all together.

For your personal information, a "caregiver" is "a person who regularly spends his time to help a loved one of any age who is ill with his or her health (illness, bereavement, ...) or his autonomy. Meeting between caregivers is also to see each other and to have a good time together, without taboos, without judgments or pretenses. Discuss freely, without having any "mask" to wear and display to others as we really are.

Cause yes, we are not alone anymore.

Suite aux échanges positifs lors de notre premier "Café entre proches aidants" à Genève, nous allons poursuivre notre élan et en faire un deuxième qui sera suivi d'un repas (restaurant éthiopien) tous ensemble.

Pour votre information personnelle, un proche aidant est "une personne qui consacre régulièrement de son temps pour aider un proche de tout âge atteint dans sa santé (maladie, deuil,...) ou son autonomie. Se réunir entre proches aidants, c'est aussi de se voir pour passer un bon moment ensemble, sans tabous, sans jugements ou faux-semblant. Discuter en toute liberté, sans avoir aucun "masque" à porter et s'afficher aux autres tel que l'on est vraiment.

Parce que oui, nous ne sommes plus seuls.
