If you have ever tried tempeh, a delicious and healthy fermented soy product from Indonesia, I am sure you wondered how to make it. Well, here is your chance now! Erika and Vemma from the Espace Petite Herboristerie in Confignon are offering an opportunity to taste and find out.
The course will take place on Saturday, 8 August from 10:30 to 14:00. It includes:
Tempeh from A to Z live, instructions to make tempeh at home
Tempeh starter culture
200 gr of tempeh to take home
200 gr of organic soya beans to take away to cook at home
Free access to herbal tea room
A delicious lunch
Interested? Here is what you need to do:
1. reserve your place ASAP by sending an email to Erika and Vemma at [email protected]
2. Transfer the workshop fee, CHF 100 to Vemma's Postfinance bank account IBAN CH28 0900 0000 1233 8199 3 (or liaise with Erika how to pay in cash). Payments need to be made by 3rd August so that they can plan logistics and ensure your place.
3. RVSP here in Glocals so that other Glocalites know that you are coming.
