This stroll is mostly in the Versoix forest. We will start walking along the Versoix river from Sauverny to the Pont de Bossy where we will have a picnic. We will continue towards the Douves natural reserve and make our way to Pont Ceard railway station in Versoix. Apart from the picnic place, the walk is completely different from the one of last Saturday.

We will meet at 09h50 at platform 1 of Cornavin railway station and take the RL4 train direction Coppet at 10h00. At Versoix station, we will change for bus 55 which will take us to Sauverny Douane (departure 10h21, arrival 10h29). Monthly and annual tickets for Geneva and the regular one-hour Geneva ticket are valid for each of these trips.

We will have a little picnic at a nice spot along the Versoix river- take food and drinks along! (plus something to sit upon)

Distance: about 10 km., almost flat - regular walking or jogging shoes are fine.

We will take it easy and walk for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Expect to be back in town by 15h00.
