DANCE 2 LIBERATE!

The aim of this feminine workshop is to let go of what doesn't work, while re-connecting with your inner beautiful source of energy, authenticity, unique beauty and creation.

During the first part of this feminine workshop, we will dance the ancient form of belly dance, an oriental ritual to celebrate and ignite femininity that allow us to deeply connect body-mind-soul dancing from your womb, fully connecting with your inner source of sensuality, creation and power.

During the second part of the workshop, we will experience free dance, as an intimate moment for you: Experience being fully free, embracing your essence and expressing who you are through dance, with a final relaxation to enjoy and connect the beautiful present moment, here and now. Dance 2 liberate!

We will close with a final meditation to leave the space being present, aware, renewed and free.

No previous experience in belly dancing is required at all, just to be open to enjoy it and let yourself flow with the movements!

WHERE: Yoga Moves Nyon - Rue du Marché 10, 2ème étage, Nyon (1min walking from Nyon train station; an open air free parking is also near by, named "Parking Perdtemps")
