My good friends at Crossfit Lausanne are going to run a special one off session for all you glocals who are interested in discovering the crossfit world.
The cost is CHF 20.- but could be free if you decide to later to take on a membership with them.
This is a great opportunity for everyone and I am just as excited to try it out.
This activitiy is limited to 12 people max.
