Welcome my dears...and thanx for being the "lab rats" for my foray into Japanese food experiment...hope u r all ok and not suffering the aftereffects!!
But I cant take all the credit...
Luca made a super salmon nigiri sushi...his 1st try and, although the sushi looked a bit wobbly, it tasted gr8!
Pheobe was the head tepanyaki chef and made some great beef, tuna, prawn tepanyaki that was much appreciated by all..yummy!!
I am inspired to do a "make ur own sushi" party...so watch this space!!
PS. Sorry, I didnt post this but it was really a Sat afternoon spur of the moment thing and I bought so much stuff but needed ppl to eat it so....whoever was with me after Halloween party got a last minute invite ; P
