So it started like any other Saturday night in Geneva: A good group of friends got together chez Tigger for dinner. After some good wine, and even better food (prepared by our very own Phoebe and Tigger) we moved on to the "unexpected" part of the evening. If you know Tigger at all, you may recall her love for the game UNO. If you have never heard of this game, it's ok--come over and learn someday!
Anyway, at about 11:30 we started playing (3 of us who knew the game, 3 who didn't, and 1 who knew the game AND made up the rules as she went along! Well, I can't really describe the fun that followed, you will just have to experience it for yourself. All I can say is that after 3hrs, 10 cosmos and other various mixed drinks, we finally put the UNO cards away. And even then, it was only so we could start playing another card game called Bullshit. So after another hour of that, we finally called it a night.
So in the end, it was an unexpectedly great night--(followed by a 'not so great' morning--where are my sunglasses?)
Thank you Tigger for hosting us, Thanks to Phoebe for being an amazing cook--Next time you try to clean up afterwards, I will drag you from the kitchen! Fabien, very nice to meet you...(although not currently on GOL--you will be soon, and you will read this!) And finally thanks to Jeff and Corinne for providing lodging for the cripple ;)

LOL, thot the obj of UNO was to get rid of all ur cards but with us, it was more to give cards to the other players.

JWolffe, congrats man, u managed to b the only person who cud keep track of who's turn it was.
And all of u, it IS true that u can put a SKIP or REVERSE on top of a Draw2 or Draw4 card and make it not be ur turn!!!! I DIDNT make that up!! ; P
