There is a very tasty organic restaurant in Annecy, Laurence Salomon's restaurant. It's not raw, it's not vegetarian-only, but it's very good as far as taste goes, and uses local products in season, in an original way. Right in the center of the very pretty old town of Annecy.

There is not much in the way of raw food in Geneva as far as restaurants are concerned.  However there is a raw food meetup group that meets once a month and you are more than welcome to join us for the next meetup next sunday.  Here is the link

Hope you can make it.

SUPERFOOD MAGIC GENEVA AT AOM YOGA!

This class will cover Kate’s “Raw Magic” philosophy. How changing your diet can create quantum shifts in your life. How detoxing and realigning with raw foods and superfoods can heal the body, mind and heart and enable us to be fully in touch with our own magical selves. Kate's wisdom comes from 20 years on the holistic health path, and raising a family of three boys on the diet. As well as being inspiring and uplifting, Kate shares practical common sense ideas on how to increase the raw foods in your diet and which are the best foods to include and the best to avoid. You will leave the class feeling not only is eating raw very exciting, it is also very easy!

Kate will also spend time going into detail on the different superfoods. How do we define a superfood, what makes them so special, and how do we consume them? Why should we take them, and which ones should we take? All these questions and more will be answered, so if you're confused about superfoods, or just keen to learn more, please come and join Kate for the evening.

Plus, the cherry on the cake is a Raw Chocolate Demo. Kate will make some divine raw chocolate for us all to share, and divulge some of her alchemical tips on making the most delicious and nutritious sweets on the planet.
